Shipping & returns

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout from your city and shown before you place the order — there are no surprises at the door.

• Dispatch: same working day for orders before 4pm, next working day otherwise.
• Metro cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–3 working days.
• Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days.
• Cash on delivery is available in most areas; checkout will say if yours is prepaid only.

Returns and exchanges

If something does not fit or is not what you expected, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

• Wrong or damaged item: we cover the return shipping and send the correct item or a full refund.
• Change of mind or size exchange: you cover the return shipping; the replacement ships free.
• Refunds are paid back the way you paid — bank transfer for prepaid orders, or a bank transfer to your account for cash-on-delivery orders — within 7 working days of us receiving the item.
• For hygiene reasons, innerwear and opened toy packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
