Do you deliver cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across almost all of Pakistan — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. A few remote areas are prepaid only; checkout will tell you before you place the order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Major cities take 2–3 working days, and the rest of Pakistan 3–5 working days.
What if the size does not fit?
Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
How do I check where my order is?
Use the Track order page with your order number and the phone number you ordered with — no account needed. Once your parcel ships you also get the courier tracking number by email.
Can I order over WhatsApp?
Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button on any product and send us the message — we will confirm your order, the total and the delivery time in chat.
